Увод: Шака је изузетно важан део тела са комплексном анатомијом у којем се налазе важни неуроваскуларни елементи.
Многе површне повреде шаке, наизглед тривијалне, често су повезане са повредама тетива, нерава и крвних судова.
Истраживање се односи на повреде меких ткива, док су повреде костију искључене.
Циљ рада: Циљ рада је да се прикаже функционални резултат лечења пацијената са повредом меких ткива воларне стране
ручног зглоба.
Материјал и методе: Извршена је ретроспективна анализа 20 пацијената лечених на одељењу микрохирургије Ургентног
центра у Београду. Испитивали смо: грубу моторну снагу шаке(GMS), опсег покрета, two point discrimination test (2PD), а
пацијенти су попуњавали the Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand(DASH) упитник.
Резултати: У нашој студији GMS повређене руке била је 80,9 % снаге неповређене руке. Средњи опсег покрета ручног
зглоба, DIP, PIP i MCP зглобова био је у распону од 77,45 % до 91,6 % у односу на неповређену руку. Сензорни опоравак
нивоа S3+ достигло је 10 % пацијената. Просечан DASH скор је био 19,78.
Закључак: Наше истраживање показује да је правилно и благовремено лечење неопходно за добар функционални резултат
лечења ових повреда.

FUNCTIONAL RESULTS OF THE TREATMENT OF THE PATIENTS WITH SOFT TISSUES INJURIES FROM THE VOLAR SIDE OF THE
WRIST

Introduction: Hand is a very important part of the body with a complex anatomy, in which are important neurovascular structures.
Many superficial injuries of the hand, at first sight harmless, are often connected with injuries of tendons, nerves and blood vessels.
This research is refered to injuries of soft tissues, whereas bone injuries are excluded.
The Aim: Aim of the research is to represent functional result of the treatment of patients with wounds in the soft tissues of the
wavy side of the wrist.
Material and Methods: Retrospective analysis of 20 healed patients is done at the apartment of micro-surgery in the Emergency
Center in Belgrade. We were examining: rough motor brawniness of the hand, the range of movement, two point discrimination
test (2PD) and the patients were doing The Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) questionary.
Results: In our research GMS of the wounded hand was 80.9% brawniness of the unwounded hand. Intermediate range of
movement of the wrist, DIP, PIP i MCP of articulations were from 77.45 % to 91.6 % in regard to unwounded hand. Sensorial
recovery of level S3+ is achieved by 10% of patients. Average DASH score was 19.78.
Conclusion: Our research shows that regular and well-timed treatment is necessary for appropriate functional result of these
wounds.
