ИНДИВИДУАЛНА ЕДУКАЦИЈА О БОЈИ ЗУБА СТУДЕНАТА СТОМАТОЛОГИЈЕ

Увод: Боја зуба је главни фактор у погледу стоматолошке естетике. Избор боје представља изазов у свакодневној
стоматолошкој пракси. Да би били што успешнији, стоматолози морају да разумеју боју, изворе светлости, површину и
структурне карактеристике зуба и рестауративних материјала.
Циљ рада: Циљ ове студије био је да се утврди утицај индивидуалне едукације на квалитет одређивања боја зуба код
студената стоматологије.
Материјал и методе: Студенти треће и четврте године стоматологије (n= 8) имали су задатак да тачно упаре 16 узорака из
кључа са бојама из кључа за одређивање боје зуба користећи VITA classical A1-D4 (VC, VITA Zahnfabrik, Bad Säckingen,
Germany) кључ за одређивање боје зуба. Студенти су имали индивидуалну едукацију, предавање и едукациони филм о боји
зуба, перцепцији боје, о утицају услова окружења на одређивање боје, кључевима за одређивање боје зуба и начину
коришћења кључева за одређивање боје зуба. Након предавања студенти су одрадили компјутерски тренинг програм
Dental Color Matcher којим је надограђено знање о боји и олакшано усвајање вештине правилног одређивања боје зуба.
Након компјутерског тренинга студенти су опет имали задатак да тачно упаре задате узорке из кључа са бојама из кључа за
одређивање боје зуба VITA Classical A1-D4 (VC).
Резултати: Резултати усклађивања боја зуба код студената били су знатно бољи након едукације и тренинг програма. Пре
едукације дистрибуција тачних одговора се кретала од 1 (6,3%) тачног одговора до 14 (87,5%) тачних одговора. Након
едукације у тестирању тачног упаривања узорака сви студенти су имали свих 16 (100%) тачних погодака.
Закључак: Индивидуална едукација је побољшала вештине усклађивања боја зуба код свих студената стоматологије.

INDIVIDUAL EDUCATION ABOUT THE COLOR OF TEETH STUDENTS OF DENTISTRY

Introduction: The color of teeth is the main factor in terms of dental aesthetics. The choice of color is a challenge in everyday
dental practice. In order to be as successful as possible, dentists need to understand color, source of light, surface and structural
characteristics of teeth and restorative material.
Тhe Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the impact of individual education on the quality of teeth color matching in
dentistry students.
Material and Methods: Students of the third and fourth year of dentistry (n = 8) had the task of accurately evaporating 16
patterned keys from the tooth color key using the VITA classical A1-D4 (VC, VITA Zahnfabrik, Bad Säckingen, Germany) color guide.
Students had an individual education, lecture and educational film on coloring of teeth, perception of color, influence of
environment conditions on color determination, keys for determining the color of teeth and how to use keys for determining the
color of teeth. After the lecture, the students conducted a computer training program Dental Color Matcher, which upgraded the
knowledge of color and facilitated the acquisition of the correct determination of the color of the teeth. After, computer training,
students were again tasked to accurately steal set samples from the key to determine the tooth color VITA Classical A1-D4 (VC).
Results: The results of matching tooth colored students were significantly better after the training and training program. Prior to
education, the distribution of accurate responses ranged from 1 (6.3%) of the correct answer to 14 (87.5%). After training in testing
exact matching of samples, all students had all 16 (100%) accurate scores.
Conclusion: Individual education has improved the teeth color matching skills of all dental students.
