2ND EFIS/EJI BELGRADE SYMPOSIUM/POSTGRADUATE COURSE
Inflammation at the Interface of Innate and Acquired Immunity

FOOD

food It is not easy to introduce a foreign visitor to Belgrade to the secrets of local gastronomy. There is no adequate translation for a lot of dishes, they are not a part of cuisine of other peoples, although they can be prepared from ingredients found in any European country. This is, however, a good enough reason for a thorough study of the Serbian national cuisine evolved from the unpredictable mixture of historical influences at the crossroads of civilizations.

Indulge in experienced work of Belgrade chefs - you will not regret it! No complaints have been heard from many royal and state official guests that cherished the memory of Belgrade nights with food, drink and, naturally, music!

Menus of Belgrade restaurants are in Serbian, but they usually contain translation to one of major languages, usually English. If you address your waiter in one of these, i.e. English, German or French - in most restaurants you will be understood.

The usually working hours of the restaurants are 8.00 - 23.00, but some are open from noon to 01.00
